New Horizon Properties develop land in the major growth corridors of Sydney and Melbourne, and key regional areas close to developing infrastructure, transport, amenity, and green space.
The team behind New Horizon Properties brings the experience of delivering over 20 projects over the past 7 years. The key partnerships that have been developed with local authorities, Council, the State Government, and consultants ensure the quality and timely delivery of each project.
We communicate regularly with customers throughout the development process to enable smooth delivery of the land to build their new home.
OUR PROCESS
DUE DILIGENCE
A detailed investigation is undertaken to ensure a site meets all development criteria, including power, water, sewer, gas and telecoms availability through to legal title, soil contamination, and zoning status.
ACQUISITION
The Acquisitions Team works with local land owners and agents to source the best development sites, with proximity to schools, shops and public transport a priority. We are committed to working with our vendors to attaining the best possible results for all parties.
Design
Our subdivision layout and servicing design is guided by our inhouse Development Team, with the support of industry leading consultants.
Land Sales
The land sales process is managed carefully by our partner agents, offering both house and land packages and vacant sites to suit.
Construction
Construction is managed closely by New Horizon Properties as we directly engage with the contractors to install water, sewer, electricity, telecoms, and gas as well as roads, footpaths, streetlights, and landscaping. Our approach ensures the works are delivered to the highest level of quality. Our experience in construction includes remediation, earthworks, flood-prone sites, and short program operations.
LAND REGISTRATION
The final stage of the development process sees the newly created home sites registered at the Land and Property Information Office and officially handed over to customers. We communicate throughout the process to ensure that customers are speaking with their builders and finance partners at the appropriate time to ensure a smooth transition.
